North Korea offers 51,078 pounds to China for quake victims (Reuters via Yahoo! UK & Ireland News)
Impoverished North Korea has offered $100,000 (51,078 pounds) to China to help with disaster relief in the wake of Monday's devastating earthquake, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said on Saturday.
